Description[edit | edit source]

The Hunter is a Nightmare Creature, they are found early during gameplay in the first era. They have significantly more HP and deal significantly more damage than most other creatures. It can use its Leap to cover great distances and, if allowed close to multiple Daughters, deal a large amount of AoE damage.

Skills[edit | edit source]

Crush: Deals up to 360 damage and slows by 30(%) for 20 initiative units if a Daughter is next to it at the start of its turn.

Leap: Jump over holes and obstacles within a range of 10 (tiles).

Flailing Limbs: Deals 700 damage to all Daughters in melee range after 60 initiative units.

Behaviour[edit | edit source]

The Hunter will choose the closest target with the most health and try to prevent her from moving away while launching AoE attacks centered on itself. On its second move it will Leap if possible to the target Daughter and immediately begin attacking it and preparing Flailing Limbs.

While this is all dangerous, the Hunter is quite slow and has around 60-70 initiative delay, meaning you will likely get two turns to stop it before it can act again.
